Common questions.

What counts as one analysis?

One email, one call transcript, or one API request counts as one analysis. Batch API requests count as one per item in the batch.

Can I use both standalone and Salesforce?

Yes. The Salesforce managed package calls the same API. You can use the web dashboard and Salesforce simultaneously. Analyses are pooled across both.

How accurate is the risk scoring?

94% accuracy on churn prediction in testing. The model is calibrated on real customer interactions. Polite inquiries score low, legal threats score high. Try the live demo with your own emails or call transcripts to see.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Multi-tenant isolation means your data is never accessible to other organizations. We don't train on your data.

Do I need to use email forwarding? What about call transcripts?

Email forwarding is the easiest setup for support inboxes. Call transcripts are best submitted via the REST API: post the transcript text to POST /api/analyze with "type": "call_transcript". Both count equally toward your monthly limit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription ends at the end of the billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

What if I exceed my monthly limit?

You'll get a notification at 80% usage. After hitting the limit, new analyses queue until the next billing cycle. Or upgrade mid-cycle and the difference is prorated.
